1. General Policy
International Chamber Limited provides non-regulated international legal consultancy services.
Because our services involve professional time, advisory expertise, and the preparation of legal documentation, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
This policy applies to all services booked through our website or via direct communication.
2. Consultation Services
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
A consultation becomes non-refundable in the following cases:

The consultation has already been completed.

The consultant has already spent time preparing or reviewing documents for the consultation.

The client fails to attend the meeting (no-show).
3. Document Drafting & Review Services
3.1 Before Work Begins
If drafting or review work has not yet started, the client may request a full refund.
3.2 After Work Has Started
Once our team begins preparing, drafting, reviewing, or editing documents, the service becomes non-refundable, even if the document has not yet been delivered.
3.3 Revisions
Revisions included in the agreed service package do not qualify for refunds.
4. Service Delivery
All services are delivered electronically, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery includes:

Email transmission of documents

Online consultations via video or audio

Written advisory summaries
Service is considered “delivered” once the materials or session access details have been sent to the client.
5. Technical Issues
If a client experiences technical issues (e.g., cannot join the consultation), a free rescheduling will be offered.
This does not entitle the client to a refund unless the issue is caused by International Chamber Limited.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the client’s payment method or banking provider.
